Returns and Exchanges

 

We understand that it may be difficult buying the correct size when shopping online and disappointing when the item doesn’t fit, therefore we will gladly exchange your garment for a different size. Make sure you check our sizing information page. Please keep in mind though that other sizes may sell out. In this instance we can give you a store credit or a refund (which includes the initial shipping fee).

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the full amount you paid.

 

Our exchange policy guidelines:

  • the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase (domestic orders)
  • the item must be returned within 21 days of purchase (international orders)
  • you must provide us with proof of purchase/invoice number
  • the item must be in it’s original condition, clean, unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in the packaging.
  • shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Sass Active reserves the rights to return an item back to the customer if it is deemed not in it’s original condition

Faulty Items

 

At Sass Active our activewear range is accessed before sending to ensure our quality standards are met, however we are only human so if you do receive a faulty item then please email us at info@sassactive.com so we can organise an exchange. Our items are all handmade with love, and slight imperfections can sometimes occur, if you are not 100% happy please let us know. Please note that all items are subject to being examined and Sass Active reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty.
